Melt 2 tbsp butter in skillet on high. Add the onion and mushrooms and reduce heat to med high. Stir constantly until the onions are transparent and partially browned. Add 2 tbsp additonal butter to the skillet. Toss in the meat strips and stir-fry on med high for 5 minutes, or till the meat is browned on all sides, stirring constantly. Add the sour cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir well, heat through and serve.
