Preparation Instructions:
Fry hamburg and onion together till no longer pink. Add spices and keep heating on low a couple more minutes to blend flavors. Spoon into 4 freezer containers. Cool. Can freeze up to 2 months.
Make cheese tacos by putting on parchment paper in microwave 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice (I like Nacho and Taco cheese) and melting for 1 minute on high, let cool a bit and peel off of parchment paper. Top with toppings of your choice, eg tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, onions, shredded lettuce. Don't forget to add the carb counts for your toppings.
