1 lb. hamburger
3/4 cup cream
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 eggs
dash of pepper
3/4 c. Atkins Bake Mix
Brown meat and onion; drain. Place in greased 10-inch pie plate. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Blend milk, eggs and bake mix in blender for 30 seconds and pour over cheese and meat. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
