3 slices bacon chopped
2 small onions, chopped
3 tblesppons green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley chopped
some celery chopped,
1 tablespoon flour,
3 cups cooked tomatoes,
1 cup chicken broth,
1 teaspoon salt,
dash of cayenne,
1 teaspoon of chili powder,
3 cups coarsely chopped, cooked shrimp,
12 oysters, parboiled.
Cook bacon in large sauce pan until golden, add onions, green pepper, parsley, and celery; cook until onions are golden. Stir in flour, Add tomatoes, broth, salt, cayenne and chili powder. Bring to boil; cook over low heat , stirring occasionally, until thickened. Add shrimp and oysters and 3 cups of grated cauliflower, mix well . Heat to serving temperature.
