Shrimp and Spinach Casserole

Combine
1/2 c chopped onions
1 10 oz. pkg. of thawed chopped spinach
3/4 lb. cleaned medium shrimp cut into 3rds.
3/4 c of mayonnaise
1/4 c of grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbls. lemon juice
1/8 tsp of pepper
3 egg whites beaten to stiff peaks form
1/2 tsp salt

Heat oven to 375.  Coat 4 12oz. shallow augrautin dishes with nonstick cooking spray.  Fold the egg whites into the shrimp mixture.  Spoon into dishes.  Bake 20 min.  Until browned and puffed.
