Cheesecake, Lowcarb, Chocolate Almond

1/2 cup splenda 12g carb
1/2 cup cocoa powder 16g carb
8 oz pkg cream cheese 8g carb
8 oz pkg sour cream 8g carb
3 eggs
1/2 cup sliced almonds 21g carb
2 tblsp Sorbee sugar free chocolate syrup 4g carb
1 tsp vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Generously butter 8" round cake pan and sprinkle half the almonds to line the bottom of the pan, butter some almonds a little so they stick to the sides of the pan
3. Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, cocoa powder,splenda,eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Pour into prepared cake pan.
5. Drizzle chocolate syrup in a circle on the surface of the batter, then swirl through with a knife.
6. Sprinkle remaining almonds over the top of the batter

Bake 30 minutes at 350 F. Allow to cool and chill before serving.

Total cheesecake has 69g carbs.  To serve six, 11.5g carb, to serve eight, 8.6g carb per serving.
