2TBSP Cocoa powder ( Hershey Unsweetened)
2 TBSP Butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 ounces cream cheese
3 TBSP SPLENDA
Over low heat melt butter, add cream and cream cheese. Whisk until smooth. Add SPLENDA & adjust for taste (you may want a bit more) Heat till bubbling stirring constantly. Reduce heat and stir in cocoa and vanilla until well blended. Pour into a buttered pan or dish, chill for 3 to 4 hours.
Servings: 8 2.2 carbs per serving.
