Cut up about 3 or 4 cups of rhubarb put in a pan and add 1 cup of water.
Simmer on the stove until the rhubarb is nice and mushy.
Remove from the stove and add 1 3oz. package of dry diet jello to the rhubarb.
Add 2 or 3 pkgs. of diet sugar.
Put in the refrigerator until jelled.
When I eat mine I put alittle cream on top.
