Sugar Cookies

1 1/4 cups Splenda
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 eggs
1 TB vanilla
1 tsp lemon extract

They were kind of moist, not like dough, but I dropped them on the cookie sheet with a spoon and baked them at 350 for about 10 min and then sprinkled a splenda/cinnamon mixture on top while they were hot!  Fantastic!
