Clam Chowder

1 small turnip - diced
1/2 cup clam juice
1 can baby clams
3/4 cup heavy cream
white pepper to taste

I boiled my diced up turnip, drain about 3/4 of the water out, add 1/2 cup clam juice, 1 can baby clams and heat... then add about 3/4 cup of cream, and white pepper.
